Family owned and operated since 2021, The Annex is centrally located within the WNY region in Chaffee, NY. Nestled on 26 pristine acres, our little piece of paradise is a direct 17 miles south of East Aurora and 45 short minutes from Buffalo. Come see for yourself why everyone is talking about us.
